it happens very often.

I get the error message during the playback:

playback has ended.

And then i have to tune on again. Sometimes the retuning don´t work and have to repeat it.

My VBox Gateway have the same problem, like my Octopus.

You’re using an unsupported tuner so your results may not be great. I’m gonna need the log from the client. Looks like you are using PMP in desktop mode, so get me the Plex Web logs. Plex Web App Logs | Plex Support

Correct. The officially supported tuners are listed in https://support.plex.tv/articles/225877427-supported-dvr-tuners-and-antennas/. There are some devices that may just work, but then again, they may not. Plex does not test on these other devices.

Oh sorry. When you said Gateway I thought that was a different model. Yes, the XTi-3452 is supported. That device is for a cable conenction. Have you checked if the channels you are trying to view are encrypted. Plex does not support encrypted channels. If you can provide me the logs I requested before so I can check the error, this may be the reason it is not working for you.

FWIW I was experiencing the same error/message on the Windows 10 client yesterday. But appeared to work fine on my Roku.

My Windows 10 client updated today to ‘Version 1.23.0.1435-e10e14cf’ and it no longer appears to be doing it…

Unfortunately, without being able to see the exact error, it’s hard to say why things don’t work. If you don’t want to share publicly, you can PM the logs to me. Those are kept confidential and deleted once I’m done investigating.
