Exactly the same here. They sent out the data breach notice, so trying to reset password. Reset password never works because email verification email never arrives. I’ve checked for spam, filters, etc, and there’s nothing. And as OP said, no other way to contact support.

@Trooper7 Thanks for posting that. It’s borderline silly that this is how they’re handling security requests (through a public forum). Not sure I’ve ever seen a company so anti-direct support via a traditional email/ticketing system.
