Verify email

I cant resend my verification email for my account? i want to verify my email so i can post reviews.

Your account looks verified already from what I can see.

Do you get the same when using the web app in browser?

just tried, i was able to successfully review from the web app. Seems to just be the mobile app (im iOS).

If you have not please try force quitting app (or restarting device) so the app loads from the Plex logo. Wondering if it just had not refreshed account data.

I restarted my phone, and even cleared the cache for the plex app (in advanced settings) and still the same thing :frowning:

Ok. I’ll likely need the iOS logs then to see why it might not be able get that info

Oh it’s fixed now… after i logged out and back in on the mobile app it’s working.
