My server updated to the current plex pass build last night. Since then when a samsung TV connects it forces the server to crash. Any help is appreciated.
Thatās the latest beta version. Try rolling back to 1.18.4:
And set your Server to update Public channel instead.
Iāve tried that. No change. Any other ideas?
I disabled hardware transcoding and that seems to have fixed it for now but thats not really a long term solution.

ok, thanks, does not seem to be related to another potential problem on a different thread.
If you can reliably repeat the crash, I would recommend gathering logs like thisā¦
ensure that debug logs are ON, verbose is OFF

Plex Web > settings > general
-
stop the plex server, make sure there are no hung/still running plex process (check task manager/windows, or top/htop for linux)
-
start the plex server
-
wait ~60 seconds
-
play the video until the server crashes/video stops
-
see if you can download logs @ Plex Web > settings > troubleshooting > download logs
-
if the server is inaccessible, you will need to manually gather logs

Same issue here
What Samsung model is that? And what version of Tizen?
Iāve got an Samsung (UE55KS7005) causing deadlocks from time to time. Currently monitoring server with SNMP (tcpCurrEstab.0) and waiting for number of connections to rise over X so I can get a push notification and grab the logs and connection list (/connections?X-Plex-Token=XXXXX) before itās too late and server is completely unresponsive.
