Not just off line. Since the latest update (Version 1.83.1.4061-d3f45728), I can’t play anything locally. I am on the computer with the saved media, and I can’t play anything since the update occured.
But I can play it on my phone via the Android App. But I use the Windows Desktop app for watching all my media on my TV and since the last update I can’t.

Are you seeing the behavior described above and shown in this video? Is the Desktop app host offline? Are the Server and Desktop app on the same host? Any more details that might be helpful to know?

First to answer your Questions… The Plex Media Server and Destop App on on the same device. PMS - 1.32.8.7639-fb6452ebf and Desktop App - 1.83.1.4061-d3f45728.
Your 2nd question asking if it matches that Video, and “no” it is not the same issue.
The App tries to play the file for about 2 minutes, then gives me an error.
I am attaching a screen shot of the error, and also going to try to attach the log file. (first time trying).

Can you walk me through the steps to reproduce this? PMS and Desktop app are both running and you just can’t play anything? Did the host lose internet connectivity? Have you restarted PMS? Can you reproduce the issue again and provide PMS logs?
