Plex for Windows not playing from PMS on same machine

Not just off line. Since the latest update (Version 1.83.1.4061-d3f45728), I can’t play anything locally. I am on the computer with the saved media, and I can’t play anything since the update occured. But I can play it on my phone via the Android App. But I use the Windows Desktop app for watching all my media on my TV and since the last update I can’t.
