The new edit feature DOES show for playlists, but the delete option DOES NOT show on either the playlist view or the album view
Make sure you have deletion enabled on the server as well, and you’re accessing as owner.
(Just noticed we should be showing the deletion option for playlists even if it’s off, but that probably explains why you’re not seeing it in either place).
Do you think at some point we would be also able to delete a song from a playlist from the menu that pop up when clicking in the song’s name on the player ?
If i good remember, you said something about it on reddit.
That would be really usefull with long playlist.
It’s tricky because we don’t know which playlist a play queue came from.
So maybe it could prompt the list of the playlists the song is in, then from there we could delete it ?
Ps :Now i remember we were talking about taking screenshot of the song to delete later 
There’s no way to get a list of playlists which contain a track.

This may be so, but if you were able to make it possible it would be one of the best playlist editing features on the planet

And I agree that playlists should not require deletion to be enabled, since they are created from within app(s). I actually don’t care to delete albums vis-a-vis the app, but I can avoid doing so easily enough, even if it’s enabled

I agree we should always be able to delete playlists regardless of the deletion setting on the server.
As a side note, I must say I really loved the last few releases of Plexamp. To me, this is now the best music player there is, I couldn’t live without it! Thanks so much for this stellar product. Keep up the good work!
Ah, you’re very kind, thank you! We do work hard to try to continually improve the app (and most of us use it ~16 hours/day).
