My Plex for Windows is experiencing lag when playing videos

I am having trouble playing videos using Plex, but when I use Potplayer on the same computer with the same video files, it plays smoothly. I really want to solve this problem and would appreciate any help from the official support team. Here is the hardware information for my laptop:

I am using Plex to connect to my NAS in my local network and play videos, but I generally feel that it is quite laggy. Here are the Plex server settings:

I have tried turning on or off video transcoding, enabling or disabling hardware acceleration, and changing the quality of other transcoders, but none of these have had any effect.
For example, the media information for the video I am playing is as follows:

Don’t know what you have built there but The CPU is not DS918+ standard

Dual Core CPU will not handle burning PGS subtitles.

XPEnology configurations are extremely difficult to support & most often NOT supportable.

The passmark score will not work for 4K (not even close)

Thank you for your response, but I am using a Windows computer for direct playback. Does this also depend on the CPU performance of the server?
