Video added to Plex folder doesn't appear

I’ve added a file to a library categorized as other videos. The file is Gothic Symphony by Havergal Brian.mp4.
Here’s a screenshot of the macOS file listing to show that the file is there:

and here’s a screenshot of the files in Plex Library:

and finally thumbnails in Plex that don’t have the video… Thoughts?

Looks like there might be a permission issue of some kind.

It could be. Attached is a terminal listing excerpt, showing that the file in question is the only one that has an ACL set as indicated by the “@”. I tried the command “chmod -N”, but that did nothing and it still doesn’t appear…
