Video breaking up ONLY on my TV and at specific timestamps

I have a weird problem with playback on my LG OLED C7, both in the official Plex app and with the XPlay client.

At certain timestamps during playback, in this case a 4K HDR title, the image breaks up as if the file being played was corrupted. The break up looks exactly the same every time and happens at the same exact timestamps. This only happens on my TV and not in any web or desktop Plex clients, there everything looks fine.

Things I’ve checked:

  • It is not being transcoded
  • It happens regardless of audio source (TRUEHD and AC3)
  • My wi-fi throughput is sufficient for this high bitrate file
