I arrange the files like below, but it shows none subtitle in the player…Why?
Firstly you should really update your PMS version, that release is coming on 2 years old.
Have you tried refreshing the show metadata?
Enable the display of all file name extensions in Windows. Otherwise you can miss the fact when some of your files have double file name extensions. Which makes video and subtitle no longer fit together.
Please show the folder structure of this series. For instance if you omit “season” folders, external subtitles can be missed by Plex.
