Video Freeze at 10min on All Videos & 2 Shields - V1.18.8.2468

With no other changes to Plex, my network, etc, all of a sudden, all video content (movies and tv), regardless of size (including very small tv shows), will freeze up at about 10-15 min. Plex was literally playing/working as it has for years, two nights ago. Then, last night, this issue started. Plex will say the file is still playing within the server dashboard page - meaning that I can see the progress bar moving with the time continuing to progress, but on screen, the image will be frozen. I can stop playback, and restart it without issue, and it plays for another 10-15 min and freezes again.

I have tested this on two separate NVidia Shields, both are physically wired, and the server is a dedicated i7 Win Pro. No transcoding is going on during this.

In trying to troubleshoot this, I uninstalled all updates from Plex on the Shield, and reinstalled them. I then replayed the same movie, and at 10:16 in, it changed itself to “Paused” within the dashboard. Hitting play / pause on the remote does nothing. As an update on this, when I “Uninstall” the Plex app on the Shield, and play back video w/ the OEM installed Plex client, I don’t get any issues. Can’t tell if this is an issue of the Shield Plex client, or the latest version of Plex Server.
