Video freezes but audio continues

I installed Plex media server on my Ugreen DXO 2800 using docker. I can access my NAS device through my fire stick with the plex app and can play nearly any file for the most part but there are a few video files that will not play properly. The playback starts fine but after a few minutes the video freezes and stops but the audio keeps playing like normal. I have searched and tweaked the settings through some of the fixes on other post but nothing I try works. I’v done everything I can think off and have read and nothing seems to fix it. Attached are the most recent logs with the play back of two videos that freezes up.
