I’m getting in the video freeze and these are the videos some of them that are causing the freeze on the NVIDIA shield when the server is updated to the latest version and the Plex on the shield is updated and this is not an ongoing problem and it’s also happening to other files too I started a form with one of the your employees but he hasn’t gotten back it’s been 2 days so I don’t know what’s up but I just wanted to know if you can follow up here is the link
