I just bought a new iMac. It’s a pretty decent computer but despite that when I play locally my movies I often have the video loading, thing is pretty annoying. I love PLEX but due to this I often have to use VLC to play movies. Do you know how can I find where the problem is?

Start by downloading a Plex client for playback instead of using the web browser.
