Video playback stops randomly

Hi,
New here. I’ve been using Plex for about two years and about 6 months ago i started having issues with videos stopping randomly. I either have to reload the page or pick a different streaming quality for it to start playing again.

Im running plex on Ubuntu Server locally on my network. I watch the videos mainly on my main PC. All wired.

Thought i might give it a shot.

I do not know what it means by adding an exception in the router. Can someone point me in the right direction?

I’m glad that someone else has posted about this because mine has also started doing the same thing. I haven’t ever had an issue with Plex on my Samsung TV until around a day or two ago. I’m pretty sure that either the application or my televisions firmware updated and now the whole thing has became super unstable :expressionless:
