I have a DVR recording that appears to be stuck in “Generating Video Preview Thumbnail” mode. It runs continuously and never finishes. I’ve restarted the Plex server, and even the hardware it’s running on (Mac Mini), but it just starts the process again. Is this a known bug? Is there a possible fix? I see a similar topic, but it’s from 3 years ago.
