Is this a PlexPass only feature?

Related question, aside from Roku, what clients support video preview thumbnails, anyway? I have it enabled and have checked to see that BIF files were generated in my Plex appdata folder but I’ve never seen previews while scrubbing on any of my Plex clients (PHT, Android, iOS).

I think it needs to support seek bar mouse-over (Plex Web). So far in my experience that is the only place I’ve seen them.

Migrated the server to a Linux system and thumbnails are working now. At least that confirms it isn’t a PlexPass feature.
