Video quality issue

Hi,
I’m using Plex on my computer to have a library of my movies/TV Shows : the problem is that even if I select the “original” quality, the quality of the video is worse than the VLC’s quality.

Video quality is poor in both screen shots. But the upper appears to have added some kind of ‘sharpening’ filter.

I’d look into the video driver preferences of your graphics adapter.

Hi,

I know that the video quality is poor in both screen, but the issue happens even with great quality videos.

Both of my graphic cards (Intel HD Graphics 620 and NVIDIA GeForce 940MX) are updated, the problem is still here.

I already use the Plex media player, that’s the problem

Sorry, no you’re not. You are using the Plex app from the Microsoft app store. This is not PMP.
