Video sped up but audio normal

On the Plex for Andriod app some videos are sped up but the audio remains normal making it out of sync and it leaves extra audio at the end with no video. Some are fine but many aren’t, the affected videos seem to be random but it’s always the same videos. This is only happening on the android app. I’ve played the same videos on other devices with no issues. Both the server and player are updated and this just started happening after upgrading to a plex pass from the android device. I’ve tried reinstalling with no effect.

I’ve attached three XML files for videos I know are having this problem but there are likely more I haven’t checked yet.

Ugh, those are all xvid videos. I can’t say for sure, but xvid is not a very popular format anymore and I would not be surprised fi your mobile device doesn’t support it fully. My suggestion is to stop using this and reencode to h264.

Is there a way to reencode them in plex or would I need to do that in something like handbreak?
