Thanks, can confirm video previews will work if I select the episode and then click the “Play” button, if I play directly clicking on the episode thumbnail, video previews won’t load. Any plex employee willing to chime in?

I have the same issue, I’m pretty sure it’s been this way for a couple of months.

A fix is in the latest beta, anyone willing to test? I had disabled generation of thumbnails.
