Video thumbnails are upside down in photo library

I have quite a few phone videos (in landscape mode) where the video plays correctly but the Plex-created thumbnails are upside down. This is true for the Android mobile app and the Windows player app. So… guessing this is a server issue? Anyway, is there a fix for this?
