I’ll try and explain my issue. I have several home videos, as .mov file, shot from iphone where the phone was held in a portrait position. Plex plays the video fine in the portrait position, the problem is when i’m browsing the home videos in plex , the thumbnail for the video is sideways (landscape) , if i use other apps in windows they display these .mov files thumbnails up-right in the portrait position. I’m just confused and can’t figure how to have Plex do the same thing and display these videos thumbnails in the up-right (portrait position) ? is this possible. also, any video from our phones shot sideways (or Landscape) never have any issues playing or with the thumbnail.
