I am having issues with certain video files. I have some TV Shows that are 720p format. I am using a Synology DS220+ NAS for my Plex server and I am using the Nvidia Shield Pro for my client and when I try to play certain videos it takes several minutes for them to load and then they constantly keep pausing. If I got to the settings for that video and change the streaming quality to 3mb then it will play. I also have a Ruku device and if I play the same video on it they play fine they load quickly and no pausing so I’m not sure why the Ruku plays it wiht no issues but the Shield will not. Also I have the client app installed on the Shield not the server version.
