Certain Videos loading issues with Nvidia Shield ONLY

I have the latest Plex servers updates as of 2/19/20. Within a Local Direct Play - a chunk of videos in a specific video folder- there is extreme load times and constant buffering with long wait times and struggles to play the video.

This is ONLY happening when I stream from my PC server to my Nvidia Shield. Playing these specific videos on the web &/or on my Roku player have no issues - ONLY when streaming them to the shield device.

The videos are in 720p h.262 MP4, 30 FPS. This exact same file type (filmed with the same source) work perfectly other then about 30 or so videos playing specifically on the Nvidia Shield. I am going crazy trying to figure out why? Any suggestions?

Sounds like most things are the same so I would maybe use something like Media info which gives very detailed info about files to compare one that work and one that doesn’t. https://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo

Thanks. I will look into that. It would make more sense if the videos were consistently having issues across all my devices, but it is only on the Nvidia Shield.
