Issues with playing files. Nvidia

Server Version#: 1.25.1.5286
Player Version#: 8.2.3(32.6.518.0)
Happens on both my Nvidia Shield Pro 2019 and regular Nvidia Shield 2019.
Server is windows with i5-11500.

For some reason some episodes and movies have problem loading. It just keeps hanging on loading screen forever.
It doesn’t show anything in PMS dashboard when this happens. Sometimes I have to restart the player multiple times to get the file(s) to play.
It’s been going on for at least half a year through multiple iterations of updates on both the plex server and nvidia shield.

Please let me know what other information you could need to help me identify the issue.
