I have a bunch of videos that will not play through plex on any device except the plex player on XBOX. They play fin through Emby fine on any device. I have tried Android, Firefox, Chrome (windows and linux), Chromecast. The only way I can get them to play with Plex is on the XBOX. But I want these videos to be played through chromecast for the kids.
How can I look through logs to figure out why Plex i failing with these videos? The Plex logs are not intuitive.
