Hi,
I have a Plex Pass and last PLEX app for windows (version 1.2.0.875-b7362913) installed on my laptop:
I downloaded my TV Series for offline view:
but when I open app from my laptop in “airplane” mode, i don’t have access to Plex GUI! I see only message:
Plex is not reachable.
Make sure your server is connected to the internet
I have downloaded my tv series for offline view…but when my laptop is offline…plex gui not start…it’s a bug? is there a workaround?
Thanks
Luca
There still some stuff to work out. I know plex has to validate the user…
What you could try. From your 1st picture, check automatically sign me in.

selecting “automatically sign me”, the problem persist!
I found the path where the synchronized tv series are downloaded:
C:\Users\MYNAME\AppData\Local\Plex\Plex Media Server\Sync
…VLC is my best friend!
I have also experienced this issue. It was mentioned on the new application announcement on my comment about it that it may be a caching issue and there may be logs Plex Devs can look at for the source of the issue.
For the time being, I’ve re-installed the Micosoft Store Plex App and synced my content. The client is a bit out of date, but at least I can watch my media offline (and in the air).
Info on log locations are here. https://support.plex.tv/articles/windows-mac-app-logs/
I am curious if you just turn off Wifi and not put it into “airplane mode” is there any difference.

I tried in any condition:
wifi enabled but not connected (no internet connection)
in airplane mode
I opened the logs, I think there are problems with nano server, it’s possible?
ROW 91: “[Connections] All connections to [Loopback] failed”
The logs are in attachment, I have offuscated all my personal data with XXX, I think!
Thx
Luca

Found a comment in the below thread that solved this issue for me.
Try disabling any other network adapters that show as “connected” e.g. Hyper-V, Virtualbox etc.
Thanks for the suggestion. Tried it - didn’t work.
Here’s what did work: I disabled the Hyper-V Virtual Ethernet Adapter in the Network Connections control panel. I think the app needs a bit of tweaking to how it detects internet connectivity .
