The new WebOS preview looks impressive, a few kinks to iron out. A major one is when selecting a movie library from the left hand menu then choosing to view by “Collections” a full page error screen is returned saying PLEX-SERVER is currently unavailable (PLEX-SERVER being the name of my Plex Server)…

Same here. Collections not showing on LG TV. They show fine on pc app
Yeah collection fine on all other clients. I have resolved this problem however, once I had moved around the UI a little and played some movies, returning to collections view started working

How many collections are in that library?

PMS 1.19.5.3112. There are 113 collections just movies, no shows. Pc plex app works fine. I reverted to the old version on LG TV, it shows collections as normal. Entered early access again, no collections at all
Also when I search for a movie e.g Critters it shows the collection of Critters. But when I go to the collection area, server currently unavailable.

If in the movie library you have enabled any kind of filter, then the collections don’t show up. If you disable the filters in the library collections show up. Also I noticed an x-clear button in the upper left corner of collections. It’s greyed out and obviously shouldn’t be there. From what I understand it’s supposed to clear the filters from the library.
