Viewing films on Synology thru PLEX a problem here

I have installed 5 folders containg film series into Plex.
The setup of all 5 folders are exactly the same as each other.
I created a library and sent all 5 over.
When I go to Plex only 4 x folders are coming thru?

Sorry I don’t know what that means. You created 1 library from the 5 folders, or do you have 5 different libraries with 1 folder each?

Are you sure permissions are all the same
