Vizio TV disconnecting after enter PIN

My Vizio is still disconnecting as soon as I enter the security pin. I’ve switched accounts to see if that would change anything but it does not. The image attached is what I see a few seconds after I enter my pin.

Any suggestions?

Vizio app is reporting 1.0.1
Server is NAS version 1.16.3.1402

The Plex iOS app connects and streams without issue.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Plex app?
Which model Vizio TV are you using?

Yes. I used the App Store on the TV to remove Plex and re-add it.
It is a VIZIO model E43-C2.

When you uninstalled did it prompt you to login again? If not the next step would be to do a factory restore/reset of the TV to ensure all stored data is purged.

Also take a look at your server and ensure secure connections are not required as that could be causing issues.
