Vizio TV Only Connects After Factory Reset, then won't reconnect

So Plex stopped working on my Vizio TV if I do a factory reset I can log in without any problems then if I turn the TV off I can’t log back in it just does a circle and this is for two of my Vizio TVs they are a little bit old TVs but they used to work just fine it’s so strange that I can do a factory reset get into my server immediately but then if I log out of a server by turning the TV off I can’t get back in.
It’s been two weeks now that I have to do this
