Vpn access to Plex server behind firewall(s)?

running a server on a Synology NAS, which is behind two levels of firewalls.

I can VPN out to access things bypassing the firewalls (from windows), is there any similar way that the NAS can setup a VPN and thus a portal out, which would allow external access to the media files on the plex server>
