WAN streaming issue (2Mbps max)

Server Version#: the newest for Windows (07-April-2022)
Player Version#: the newest for Windows & Android (07-April-2022)

Hello, according to this topic:

Still, I have that problem.
Over LAN everything works perfect, over WAN not.

I have 600/100Mbps fiber link network with ethernet connected to PC, but if I want to play something when I’m out from LAN (friends apartment for example - LG WebOS 4.5, 300/100Mbpis fiber link) I can’t play anything (buffering still and still), on Galaxy S22 U5G WAN streaming works only in 2Mbps.

My configuration:
PC (Y700, i7-6770HQ, 16GB DDR4, SSD EVO 980 2TB, GTX960) have connected External HDD Orico (5x16TB EXOS) via USB 3.1 → PC wired to Orange FunBox6 via RJ45 1,000Mbps.

Tried everything from previus topic… when streaming WAN on phone, upload from plex media server is about 2Mbps (why? - I have 100Mbps, houndred times tested on speedtest).

*Also tried to stream content from internal SSD via WAN, the same problem.

Any ideas?

2 mbps is the upper limit of what the Plex Relay service can deliver (with Plex Pass).
It is an indication that your server is not directly reachable from the internet.
