Please give me the option to return to the old user interface. The new user interface is awkward for navigating libraries, ignores my preference for the library order. Also the new interface doesn’t allow me to mark seasons watched or unwatched and doesn’t seem to support deleting a season. Please stop dumbing the user interface down.

Valid points, but it’s not so much that their intention is to dumb things down with the new app - they’ve simply rushed out the release before it was fully baked, which was of course pretty dumb in itself.
Many features are yet to be added, though because we don’t have a public tracker of any kind, we also don’t have clarity on which features specifically will return or when.
Plex has commented that other missing features will be returning down the road, so it feels that there’s a decent chance that the specific features you’ve mentioned will return in the future. Hopefully, anyway!
Mobile interfaces have been broken like this for MONTHS. I’m not going to hold my breath.

Plex is stupid. You don’t remove features in a new update, force the update on everyone then promise to bring those missing features back later. A smart company wouldn’t roll out the new app until it was 100% complete and bug free. It’s almost as if Plex did this on purpose to use all of us as beta testers when that isn’t how you treat customers. I said it before and I’ll keep saying it. Management at Plex responsible for this entire debacle should be fired!

I’m a long-time Plex Pass user, and I absolutely hate the new Roku app interface. I will never recommend Plex again and will find a better alternatrive now. You should at least have allowed an option to retain the old interface!

Live TV/OTA doesn’t work AT ALL for me on mobile since that was updated. Just freezes and crashes.
