Well, not easily at least.

Okay, just thought it was an easy thing to change. But I am perfectly happy with missing out on the trailers app if it means I can use Plexconnect. Thx for the reply

There is a IMDB trailer plugin/channel for Plex that works in Plexconnect. It can be found in the Unsupported AppStore bundle. Check the Plex Channels forum for details.
