Watch together using downloaded media on windows application

Not sure if there is an actual issue but I am wondering if it is possible when using watch together functionality to use media file that is already downloaded in plex windows application.
When trying same functionality on iphone or ipad it seems like it works that way with downloaded content, if I am not mistaking anything, but when doing same thing on windows application, it doesn’t, always streaming is happening from server and downloaded media is not used.

Does plex has functionality like this regarding downloaded media and watch together on windows? If doesnt, are there some workarounds for it to work like that?
