Watched Status changing by itself without watching

Hi All,

I have been having this odd issue where certain movies are marked as “watched” even though it has no play history. As it happens only once in a while I can’t really tell whether a view from my lg player causes this change or whether it just randomly changes the watched status. Is there a way to find out when the watched status has been changed? I.e. is that information stored in the database, if so can I pull it out to figure out why something is being set as “watched” even though nobody has set it as watched?

Did you perhaps previously watch a pre-movie trailer for this movie through Plex?
If so, this is a known bug.

Oooh I haven’t thought of this at all! But it is possible that we’ve had a pre-movie trailer for these movies! Thanks for pointing that out! I’ll keep it in mind!
