Watching a video on LTE T-Mobile network doesn't work anymore

I am using an iMac i7 2017 version as PMS, I have a 500 Mbit up and down internet connection and Plex used to work fine. Remote access is on and enabled, yet I can’t see videos on LTE/4G on the T-Mobile network. The video stops after 10 sec to 1 min. Anybody with similar issues?

have you run out of data ? is your speed test on your internet good ?

I tried a speedtest, its about 80 Mbps down and 30 up on 4G.
When I use remote access on wifi it seems all fine

check your server setting for external access set it to 22- 30% under your max limit

your up is 30 Mbits i would set max external stream to 18-22 Mbits

My maximum upload speed is 500. its set to 250

Do you have T-Mobile One or Binge on? Either optimize streaming bandwidth to 1.5 Mbps speed.

I use T-Mobile in the Netherlands, as far as I know we don’t have T-Mobile One or Binge.
