Purchased WD My Cloud home. Installed Plex. Appeared the Plex folder and it folder file category. Add a video using https://home.mycloud.com/ in the Shared folder Movies. Unfortunately TV still sees empty files. Here https://app.plex.tv/desktop# also the file is not visible.
Tell me how to fix it?
