Is there an update on this? I have tried the various steps listed above but refuses to work. I have submitted my server and shield logs in this post (Actor Credits not loading - #5 by DaveBinM) which I believe that you have had sight of already?
This issue has been known about for a while, and the current fixes don’t appear to work for a lot of people. I haven’t seen any other signs of development to resolve the issue.
