Hi my WD cloud home won’t configure I want to do this so on my Samsung smart tv I can see my media on my cloud

I’m not quite sure if your issue is that you cannot configure a Plex Media Server from your Samsung TV or if you want to configure it so you can see your content from the Samsung TV?!
Generally you should use Plex Web or a desktop version of Plex to manage the server (e.g. using app.plex.tv/desktop or [WD MyCloud IP Address]:32400/web).
What version of Plex Media Server do you have installed – can you access it ok through a browser or using different Plex clients?
What TV model of TV are we talking about – is it using Samsung’s classic smart hub or the Tizen based platform?
Hi thanks it’s using Samsung smart hub I thought you have to set up through windows computer first so I have login on a computer to my cloud on google then pressed plex to try to configure then I was going to go on plex on tv and hope to see my files on there from my cloud
