WD mycloud home duo: metadata backup?

Hi there,
Is there any chance to get the metadata backed up from wd mycloud home duo?
In the past I had to completely renew PLEX and metadata. As manual intervention is necessary for 30% of all music, tv etc. This is really time consuming each time and very unconvenient. If someone has experience on this I would be grateful for sharing the knowledge. Otherwise I can only say: PLEX team, pls provide a solution for this. This is a huge problem. Brgds&thx, Stephan

Agreed. . .my chief (and really only) complaint. No mechanism in place, it would seem. As such, after a crash, all metadata is lost. I have thousands of media, which takes a loooong time to fix.
