Hi , i need help , i have changed my drive over in my WDPR2100 NAS drive , when i try to configure plex i get this message device-local-3bc5344e-c97b-4d91-8507-a154d608296b.remotewd.com refused to connect. please can anyone support me , help me Obi-Wan Kenobi your my only hope !!!
Connect to the NAS using its actual local IP (from within the same subnet) in order to finish the setup and link the PMS to your account.

Thank you for your support , i tried using the local ip address it didn’t make a difference, im not very good with this stuff so i may have done something wrong ?
just want my plex to link with my account again .
Are you accessing the NAS from within the same subnet?
What exact error message do you see when attempting to open the IP?

There is no error message , when i put the new drive into the WD Nas server and try to configure nothing happens at all , if i put the old drive back i can access plex , the old drive must contain some plex settings ? I’m not sure and WD have not helped resolve the issue , its driving me crazy lol tom
