How do you upgrade PLEX server of WD 2100 Cloud drive?

Hi plex support, please could we get a response to this… Its been a VERY VERY long time since these WD devices had an update. 80% of my reasoning behind buying these servers was around its integrated plex environment so if we could perhaps trouble you for some form up update please?
You will have to download the latest version of Plex server and then manually installed on your PR2100 server.
A problem occurs with both cases manually or automatic install. Plex configuration button does not work after update.
I suggest anyone tries to upgrade hold on the old version. If they are working already.
