Changed to a new Router (Synology WRX 560) and have lost my EPG. Deleted DVR after upgrading to the latest update to HDHOMERUN QUAD and tried to reinstall Live TV and DVR.
Plex recognises HDHomerun 4 tuners and my Country (UK) but it will not let me enter my Post Code.
Well it lets me enter the Postcode a character at a Time..T…R… but comes up RED saying “We couldn’t find Plex DVR Guide for your Location”
I have tried entering London locations and Bristol etc but no joy.
SO I can not get the EPG and therefore can not record TV or anything! The Plex Channels appear but No EPG.
Is an XPLTV guide a solution - I have no experience on this route? ANy advice appreciated. I have a feeling I have hit this problem way back but my age prevents me from recalling the dim and distant past! Been with Plex for 10 years… It has come on a long way and Hats Off to you guys. Used to be a Microsoft Media Player man then Kodi but Plex rocks… until now!
