Unable to Setup Tuner, After entering Postal Code next step shows "Use an XMLTV guide"

Opened Plex and found that the EPG was blank. On the server, deleted the Tuner setup and then started Setup Plex Tuner. After entering my local zip code the setup goes to “Use an XMLTV guide”, not the normal channel scan. Clicked on “don’t Use XMLTV?” and entered my Postal Code, “We couldn’t find Plex DVR guide data for your location at this time. Please select a different location or use an XMLTV guide.” was displayed.

I am able to fully access my tuner directly and it has been updated to the latest firmware.

I have discovered that the server on which Plex was installed had suffered a networking issue resulting in an incorrect IP address. Once resolved, all is back to normal.
