So I updated my LG C3 oled to webOS 25 (33.22.15), after the update plex refuses to play .mkv remux files (was watching LOTR extended 4k blu-ray remux) with forced direct play. After the update, when loading the movie it says it can’t play and suggests I turn off direct play.
In the console logs it says: “Device is webOS (LG OLED77C31LA). Unable to find client profile for device; platform=webOS, platformVersion=10.2.0, device=webOS 10.2.0, model=OLED77C31LA”
