WebTool - v3.0.0 can't login

Hi I am using WebTool 3.0.0. for some time now to copy playlists to my managed users. I just tried to log into WebTool and it will always state “Wrong username and/or password” even so They are100% correct

I use 2FA but I also did before so I know to add the 2FA code at the end of my password .

(Side note: It would be cool if someone updates the WebTool - v3.0.0 wiki with the 2FA workaround)

The only thing I have changed on my PMS is I relocated the windows and the Google Chome %temp% and %tmp% folder location. (correctly like as out of the handbook, no gimmics! They are now on a HDD and not on the SSD hoping the SSD will last longer because of a lot less temporary write actions) That was about 1 month ago and every thing works as smooth (or bumpy LOL) as before except WebTools - v3.0.0

Could this be the reason???

Have you considered simply switching to WebTools-NG?

Currently, we have an issue on Windows platform only, where the latest version of PMS sadly broke plugin’s when they use secure http (HTTPS)

This sadly broke not only 3rd. Party tools like WebTools.bundle, but also our own legacy agents

We are working on a fix for this, but sadly no ETA

For now, I can only suggest a downgrade of you PMS, if this is vital for you, and if not, then await a PMS upgrade

Do they have the “Copy Playlist to other user” implemented yet? They did not last time I checked. around a year ago!
