Hi - I’ve been away a while but now back on Plex - Webtools v3 has arrived and I having trouble accessing it. I go to plugins and select the webtools icon - that takes me to a page where I have to select either of two urls and put them in a new web browser, With the old webtools this procedure would take me directly to the sign in page for webtools. The new URLs simply load my plex media server under a new tab. Anyone tell me what I;m doing wrong - also I think it was a different URL with the old webtools - Regards David
You didn’t read the FAQ as instructed on the WebTools page

The url is correct, and did not change from V2.
So why when i paste it into a separate browser does it open up plex and not webtools
Most likely because you typed 32400 as the port number, instead of the correct one, which is 33400. And if not, please continue in the webtools support thread.
Not so. In plugins select webtools opens up screen to select either of two http…33400 or 33443. Copy and paste into new tab/browser hit go and plex opens up anew. Any thoughts?
